Your pet may feel tired and seem a little more lethargic than usual, this is normal as the body processes the Bowen treatment. Plenty of fluids are essential and movement such as a gentle walk can really help after a session. 

Each Bowen treatment can take between 45 minutes and an hour depending on animal size and temperament. Some animals take a little while to adjust to a new person or new experience and that is ok, the treatment is all about your animal and they are the priority.

Most problems will see an improvement within 1-3 Bowen treatments, ideally each treatment will be 7-10 days apart. Chronic conditions such as arthritis require ongoing maintenance and sessions can be monthly depending on severity.
